ATLAS FISH - KVKK Information Notice
Effective date: 4 November 2026
This text is given for information under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK); it is not a consent text.
1. Controller
Controller: Mohammed I Nooruldeen (an individual). ATLAS FISH is developed and published by this person under the Atlas Fish Games brand. Contact: support@atlasfish.games.
2. Data processed and how it is collected
a) Game data that stays only on your device (username, the country you chose, avatar, favourite fish, progress, catches, BP and diamond balance, equipment, ad reward counters, your age group (your date of birth is not stored), your ad consent answer, settings and the acceptance record about these documents). You enter it in the game or it is created as you play. This data is not sent to us and the controller has no access to it.
b) Technical records created in the content delivery service while content is downloaded: IP address, request time, requested file and standard request information. They are created automatically when you download level content.
c) Ad data: the game currently shows no ads in Türkiye; therefore no ad data is processed for players in Türkiye and no ad data is sent to Google. If ads are switched on in Türkiye, this notice will be updated beforehand and shown again in the game.
3. Purposes
Running the game on your device and storing your progress; delivering level content to you; security and operation of the content delivery service; applying in-game rewards and limits correctly.
4. Legal grounds
Game data on your device and the download of level content: being directly related to concluding or performing the contract made with you for using the game (KVKK Art. 5/2-c). Security of the content delivery service and prevention of abuse: the legitimate interest of the controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f). As no ads are shown in Türkiye, no data is processed for advertising and your explicit consent is not requested.
5. Transfers
Level content is downloaded from the content delivery service of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); the technical records created during the download (IP address, request time, requested file) may be processed by Cloudflare outside Türkiye, including in the USA. This is a transfer abroad under KVKK Art. 9 and is made to the extent necessary to deliver the game content to you, that is, to perform the contract made with you (KVKK Art. 9/6-b). Game data on your device is not transferred anywhere. As no ad data is processed for players in Türkiye, there is no transfer to Google. Data is not shared with anyone else; requests of legally authorised bodies are reserved.
6. Retention
Data on your device stays there until you delete it or remove the game. We do not keep access logs for content downloads; Cloudflare keeps technical records for a limited time under its own rules for security and operation. As no ads are shown in Türkiye, no ad data is kept.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or wrong, to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met and notification of these actions to the third parties to whom it was transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing. You can send your requests by e-mail to support@atlasfish.games; if you want to apply in writing, the postal address is given to you when you ask for it by e-mail. In your request, state your name, contact details and your request clearly. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your request is rejected, the answer is insufficient or there is no answer in time, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
